ACP Presents: Careers at Morgan Stanley

On Wednesday, May 6, senior Morgan Stanley employees addressed a group of ACP Protégés via Zoom for a discussion titled Military to Corporate: Making the Transition. Topics of the webinar included the hurdles of the transition from the military to the corporate world, transferring skills to the civilian sector, the variety of roles in finance, and employment opportunities that Morgan Stanley offers. Jeff McMillan, Managing Director, Chief Analytics and Data Officer, and veteran, led the call and presented slides. Michael Rager, Director in Private Banking Operations and fellow veteran, shared his experiences in making the transition from the military to his career in finance. Both speakers also addressed questions from the audience. Morgan Stanley received résumés from the attendees and will provide tailored personalized guidance.
