ACP Presents: From Tactical to Technical: Careers at ASML
On March 21st, ACP was joined by ASML for an inside look at the company’s culture and hiring strategies. ASML played a part in manufacturing the device you’re using right now. Their lithography technology—made possible by 40,000 employees working across the globe—is fundamental to mass-producing semiconductor chips. With it, the world’s top chipmakers are creating microchips that are more powerful, faster, and more energy efficient.
Our panelists were Talent Acquisition Leader and Veteran Network Lead, Josh DeBan (Air Force Veteran); Da Chung, Software & Computer Systems Integration Engineer (Navy Veteran); Martin Plotner, Customer Support Manager (Army, Air Force Veteran); Megan Miller, Continuous Improvement Project Lead & Veteran Network Co-Lead (Navy Veteran); and Christopher Lopez, Sr. Portfolio Manager & Veteran Network Lead (Navy Veteran). They discussed career paths, and personal journeys and explored insights and opportunities in different careers, with a focus on the tech industry. The event concluded with a live Q&A session with the virtual audience.
