On March 7th, ACP was joined by Raytheon for a LinkedIn Live. Raytheon is a leader in the defense, aerospace, and intelligence industries. Military Veterans at Raytheon work across all disciplines, including tech, engineering, supply chain, etc. The organization has extensive support systems to assist veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses with their next career move.

Our panelists Joshua Echols, Military Program Manager and Talent Acquisition, Byron Love, Associate Director and Program Management, Cyber Protection Solutions, and Gary Halstead, Military Veteran Recruitment Project Manager, discussed their employment journeys. They honed in on the company's culture, employment opportunities, and internal career paths. They also shared their interviewing and resume development strategies.
